Yummy Spaghetti

What you'll need:Spaghetti squash, Tomatoes (I used 3 big ones), Onion (I only had pearl onions which I used 6 of), 93/7 ground beef (I like to use 100% grass fed beef), Minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Paprika, Oregano, and Basil. (you can try other herbs if you want.)

1. Slice your spaghetti squash hot dog style. Put it in a dish
and bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour.

2. Meanwhile throw your tomatoes and peeled onion into a pot of
water and boil for 5-10 minutes.
If they start looking mushy before that go ahead and drain them.

3. While you are waiting for your tomatoes to cook, start browning your beef.

4. After you've drained your cooked tomatoes and onions, throw them in your
food processor (or blender) along with 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce,
2-3 TBSP garlic, and seasoning to taste. Turn your blender on
"puree/grind" until it looks saucy.

5. When the meat is ready, throw the spaghetti sauce on top of it and let it simmer
until the squash is done baking.

6. When your squash is finished, take it out of the oven and let sit until cool enough to handle.
(This is where I got impatient and just held it with an
oven mit while I scraped)

7. Use a fork to scrape the squash out of it shell (yes it looks like spaghetti noodles)
if you are up for it save the seeds and sprinkle them with a fun seasoning...
then have them later as a snack!

I love stumbling upon fun recipes like this because for one you know what is in the food you're eating
considering you're making almost all of it and TWO you'd be surprised how many
ways you can make your meals healthy! Enjoy!
